Most hotels are all inclusive in Mexico but there are a good amount of bars and restaurants to sample in the major resorts. Holidays in Mexico are now popular year round and flights from local airports such as Newcastle, Cardiff, and East Midlands are opening up Mexico holidays to many more people.
